JANDRISITS, Hermine “Hermie” (nee Ifkovits)

Passed away peacefully at Fairview Lodge Long Term Care Home in Whitby, Ontario, on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at the age of 89.  Hermine was the beloved wife of Josef Jandrisits for 62 years.  She is survived by her brother-in-law John (Barbara), and sister-in-law Gertrude Jandrisits.  She will be missed by many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.  Hermine worked in the home and looked after her beloved cats and dogs.  She will be remembered by her family for her love of her husband Josef, her love of gardening, living in the countryside, her fond memories of Switzerland and of her homeland Austria. A special thanks to the staff at Fairview Lodge Long Term Care home for their support and care to Hermine during her stay at their home. Visitation will be held at the MILL VALLEY FUNERAL & CREMATION CENTRE, 35 King St. W, Millbrook, ON, on Thursday, April 25th from 9:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. Followed by Funeral Mass at St. Thomas More, Millbrook 28 King St. W Millbrook at 11:00 A.M. Interment Rosemount Memorial Gardens.
